Shipping your order
We dispatch orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays once the full invoice, including any shipping costs, has been paid. We do not dispatch orders on public holidays. The minimum order value is €15.
If we are closed or on holiday, we will announce this on our website. We will dispatch your order when we return. You will receive a message with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
During cold weather, please also check the winter shipping information for products such as acrylic paints and acrylic medium.
Shipping within the Netherlands
Shipping within the Netherlands starts at €8.00. Orders of €100 or more qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands.
Shipping outside the Netherlands
Shipping costs apply to all destinations outside the Netherlands, regardless of the order value. The starting rates below include VAT. The available delivery method and the cost for your order are shown at checkout. Rates depend on the destination, parcel weight and delivery method.
The starting rate for Belgium applies to delivery to a collection point. Home delivery in Belgium starts at €10.44.
Due to customs regulations, we do not ship to the United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland.
If no shipping rate is shown for your destination at checkout, please contact us. We can look into the available options and provide a quote.
How we calculate shipping costs
Our shipping costs are based on the carrier's rates. Occasionally, the calculated rate may not match the postcode, destination country, or the size or weight of the parcel. If this happens, we will contact you and adjust the shipping costs to the correct rate.
Returning your order
If you would like to return an item or have a problem with your order, please contact us first on +31 (0)71 785 36 90. This lets us know to expect your return and gives us a chance to discuss any questions with you.

Once we receive your return, we will usually refund the invoice value of the returned products straight away, and within eight days at the latest. If you return your entire order, we will refund the full invoice amount.
If a parcel is returned because it was not collected from a collection point, we will refund the amount excluding shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, tubes of acrylic paint, jars of Face Paint, acrylic medium, varnish and walnut oil can only be returned if they are unopened.
