As a company, we (ImmenZ vof, its owners and employees) are obliged to inform you about the handling of your personal data. These values are close to what we - among other things - want to radiate with our company (life-reaching, honest, transparent, open and connecting). Your data will be treated carefully, confidentially and respectfully
If you sign up for the newsletter, we will only use your data for that purpose. You are free to unsubscribe at any time with a clear unsubscribe link. If you request information by email, it will remain in our email file until your problem or question has been resolved. Some customer service requests are retained for up to 12 months. They are then carefully removed. If you place an order with us on one of our websites, we must store your information to use it to process your order. We have concluded separate processing agreements with all collaborating companies, such as website provider Lightspeed, Myparcel and Mollie Payments, that guarantee your privacy. If you have registered for an account, your data will remain in our system as long as you do not indicate that you wish to be removed from it. What personal data we are exactly talking about?

What does not happen with your data?

How long will your data be retained?
