As a company, we (ImmenZ vof, its owners and employees) are obliged to inform you about the handling of your personal data. What happens to them, for what purpose, and how they are stored and secured. This is stated in this privacy statement. This should be concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible. These values are close to what we - among other things - want to radiate with our company (life-reaching, honest, transparent, open and connecting). We believe that pleasant communication is important, without lapsing into musts and obligations!

Your data will be treated carefully, confidentially and respectfully
If you sign up for the newsletter, we will only use your data for that purpose. You are free to unsubscribe at any time with a clear unsubscribe link. If you request information by email, it will remain in our email file until your problem or question has been resolved. Some customer service requests are retained for up to 12 months. They are then carefully removed. If you place an order with us on one of our websites, we must store your information to use it to process your order. We have concluded separate processing agreements with all collaborating companies, such as website provider Lightspeed, Myparcel and Mollie Payments, that guarantee your privacy. If you have registered for an account, your data will remain in our system as long as you do not indicate that you wish to be removed from it. What personal data we are exactly talking about?
Because you visit the website, complete a contact form, and/or use the services of ImmenZ vof, your personal data is processed: first and last name, address details, telephone number, e-mail address, bank details, IP address (the address from which the website has been visited, i.e. the internet connection used) and information about your activities on the website.

Why are they requested?
To contact you and to provide our services (a purchase, quote request or question about sustainable growing up). We logically use your name and contact details to maintain contact and inform you about relevant matters related to the purchase or question. We carefully store all information you share by email. Information shared by telephone is not recorded in writing, unless an agreed arrangement regarding your purchases or question. This will then be recorded by e-mail or via a purchase confirmation. Your data will also be processed to send newsletters or otherwise inform you about our business activities. They are also used to analyze visitor behavior to improve our offering.

What does not happen with your data?
Your data will not be sold to others. They are also not used to compile extensive visitor profiles, nor for decision-making based on automated processing (that is, by computer programs or systems without human intervention).

Is your data shared with third parties?
Yes, only if this is necessary due to a legal obligation or a legitimate interest such as reasonable business operations:
– bank, due to the processing of payments
– tax advisor, due to access to invoices with address details
– website host, for storing data from contact forms and orders
– newsletter software, for the digital newsletter

What happens while you surf?
Technical and functional cookies are used to ensure that our websites work properly and to guarantee ease of use. In addition, general visitor data, including the IP address, is tracked via Google Analytics.

We have no influence on this.

Your data is well secured
We take the protection of your data seriously. Your data is not stored online ('in the cloud'), but on our own secure server. Our computers are secured with appropriate and effective technical measures, and the website uses a reliable SSL certificate. You can recognize an SSL connection by the lock and the word 'secure' before the URL. Our staff has signed up to guarantee the privacy of our customers and relations.

How long will your data be retained?

No longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. In concrete terms: the email data of customers and prospects will not be kept for longer than one year, unless the contact is repetitive. The data of potential clients will not be kept for longer than 12 months if no agreement is concluded. There is an exception: just like every entrepreneur, we are legally obliged to keep our administration, including invoices with address details, for ten years.

Is something not right, would you like to view your data or have it deleted?
Contact us and we will arrange it for you, within three working days at the latest. If you see reason to do so, you can object to the processing of your personal data and/or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
